Glimmer in the Grey

A bare tree in a green meadow against a sky of swirling grey cloud and a hint of pink.

Just a glimmer, a hint of something bright behind the clouds. Great dawn chorus today. Could have easily lingered in bed with a cup of tea enjoying it.

A wetland nature reserve with bulrushes in the foreground and power lines stretching overhead into a grey blue sky.
